By placing an order {paying your deposit & proceeding with concepts} with Design With Style, you are forming a legally binding contract for products and services, and you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree to the below terms and conditions you must immediately cease working with Design With Style. Working with Design With Style constitutes acceptance of the below terms and conditions.

1. Design With Style means Anna Matjasec trading as Design With Style
and/or its related or associated entities.
2. The “Customer” means the party placing an order for the purchase of
goods or services from Design With Style.

These Terms and Conditions apply to each and every dealing between the parties Design With Style and the Customer, and the Customer agrees to adhere to these Terms and Conditions and will prevail over any other verbal to the extent of the permitted law.

A non-refundable deposit of 20% is required before any work will commence on the customers order. Your booking will not be confirmed until this deposit has been received.

The design process will not commence until Design With Style has been provided with with a deposit transaction receipt & a detailed brief from the Customer via email.

The majority of the communication between the Customer and Design With Style will be made via email. Design With Style is an online business and functions effectively via email. If you require a phone conversation to clairfy or discuss your requirements this is not a problem however phone calls that take longer than 30 minutes are classed as a meeting and will be charged at an hourly rate of $80 p/hr.

Any form of artwork/drafts/design(s) that have been terminated (on your request) prior to completion, require payment. Pricing will change if format is altered. Therefore, a new quote is to be obtained.

All posted turnaround times are approximate and although Design With Style will make every effort to meet these deadline date(s). All work not completed within a 2 month period will be invoiced regardless.

The correspondence between the Customer and Design With Style is to be in a timely manner, if you do not respond to us via email or phone we will have no choice but to assume you longer would like to engage our services and you will be invoiced for any work completed.

All quotes are valid 7 days from the date at the top of a quotation form.  After this time they must be reconfirmed.  All prices are exclusive of GST unless otherwise stated. Additional/major artwork or drafts (if requested) will be charged at an hourly rate of $80 p/hr.

Invoice terms are 5 business days. Design With Style accepts payment via Bank Deposit or Paypal. Any Paypal invoices over $100 will attract an additional 3% fee. If payment is not received within 5 business days Design With Style reserves the right to seek legal action and all legal feeís will be paid for by the Customer.

Approval (customer sign off) is required before files are handed over. Any changes required after final approval will be charged at a rate of $80 p/hr. Some designs may contain stock images that are available for purchase. Hand over of files will not occur until the full final payment has been made.

Computer proofs, such as PDF, EPS, AI, JPEG, PNG or otherwise, are not to be used as colour or matching reference. Design With Style advises that proofing is to be done a computer desktop not on a smartphone.

Print colour may vary from print run to print run and/or from job to job or from front to back. The Customer is responsible to obtain a colour matching integrity proof from their chosen printer to check colour, text placement, spelling for every print ready file obtained from Design With Style.

Trimming may vary up to 2mm with most printing firms, and Text should not be placed within 3mm of the edge. Whilst all care is taken preparing Print files to Customers, Design With Style accepts no responsibility for files that do not print correctly. All final print artwork files are supplied at a minimum of 300dpi and as PDF files.

Customers must provide all full colour printing images in CMYK format. Design With Style is not responsible for any colour shift that occurs in conversions from RGB to CMYK colour modes.

The Customer is solely responsible for errors missed during the proofing process of either artwork supplied by the Customer or artwork created by Design With Style.
