By placing an order with Design With Style, you are forming a legally binding contract for products and services, and you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.
If you do not agree to the below terms and conditions you must immediately cease using Design With Style. Using Design With Style constitutes acceptance of the below terms and conditions.
1. Design With Style means Anna Matjasec trading as Design With Style and/or its related or associated entities.
2. The “Customer” means the party placing an order for the purchase of goods or services from Design With Style.
3. An “Order” refers to a request for Goods or Services.
These Terms and Conditions apply to each and every dealing between the parties Design With Style and the Customer, and the Customer agrees to adhere to these Terms and Conditions and will that they prevail over any other verbal, implied or written conditions, whether verbal, implied or written to the extent of the permitted law
All quotes are valid 14 days from the date at the top of a quotation form. After this time they must be reconfirmed.
Additional/major artwork or drafts (if requested) will be charged at an hourly rate of $80 p/hr. Once artwork has been approved via email or online any additional changes required will be charged at an hourly rate. All work not completed within a 3 month period will be invoiced regardless.
A non refundable booking fee of 20% is required before any work will commence on the customers order. Additional payments may be requested for design packages.
Approval (client sign off) is required before files are handed over.
Pricing will change if format is altered. Therefore, a re quote is to be obtained.
All posted turnaround times are approximate and although Design With Style will make every effort to meet these deadline date(s) however some occasions may arise where due to situations out of our control we cannot meet these deadlines.
All designs are to be used soley for the business & purpose they are created for. Permission must be obtained from Design With Style before using the graphics for any other business or purpose.
Website design artwork will be provided as illustrator ai files for development. All website design quotes include design only, development is additional. We recommend our web developer to all clients and do not take any responsibility for the work of any other outside developers.
Some designs may contain stock images that are available for purchase. Design with Style reserves the right to reuse discarded concepts, designs and ideas in the future at its sole discretion.
Computer proofs, such as PDF, EPS, AI, JPEG, PNG or otherwise, are not to be used as colour or matching reference.
Print colour may vary from print run to print run and/or from job to job or from front to back.
The client is responsible to obtain a colour matching integrity proof from their chosen printer to check colour, text placement, spelling for every print ready file obtained from Design With Style.
Trimming may vary up to 2mm with most printing firms, and Text should not be placed within 3mm of the edge.
Whilst all care is taken preparing Print files to Clients, Design With Style accepts no responsibility for files that do not print correctly.
All final print artwork files are supplied at a minimum of 300dpi and as PDF files.
Clients must provide all full colour printing images in CMYK format. Design With Style is not responsible for any colour shift that occurs in conversions from RGB to CMYK colour modes.
Design With Style is not responsible for any errors that may occur to Facebook, Twitter, Blogger pages due to any changes made by third party suppliers.
Design With Style is not responsible for errors and omissions approved by the Customer. The Customer is solely responsible for errors missed during the proofing process of either artwork supplied by the Customer or artwork created by Design With Style.
